The design of polyester polyol series is based on the reaction of diols and dibasic acids. By adding a smaller amount of catalyst during production, the customization of PU becomes easier to control and also can achieve better physical properties. The product characteristics include narrow distribution of molecular weights, light chromatic numbers in general, low moisture content, and low acid value. Also the appearance and physical properties of the PU products synthesized by the customer are better.
It is mainly applied in the areas of thermoplastic polyurethane, synthetic leather, adhesives, inks, and foam soles.
